GINGEROL, 10-

Gingerol is a pungent constituent of ginger, found in the rhizome of Zingiber officinale. Together with its dehydrated counterpart, shogaol, they represent some of the more bioactive compounds of ginger¹. Gingerol is known for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiplatelet, and antibacterial activities^2,3,.
